1. Press Feature then # *

2. Enter Data Base Password

3. Press Show

4. Enter 04 , 05 Then the EXT. Number you want to change

5. Press Save

6. Press Change

7. Enter the new extension user name by pressing the key on the key pad 1, 2, or 3 times to choose current letter.

8. Press Save to Store

9. Press "Hold" to do another ext or press on/off twice to quit
