Maintenance Programs

Galco Business Communications, Inc. offers a variety of optional maintenance programs to ensure protection of your investment.
Whether it’s on-site tech support that you need or just a few minutes of remote support, our maintenance programs insure that you get the support you need exactly when you need it without having to worry about getting billed T&M for every little thing.
Programs are for a period of one, two, or three years and can have Annual, Semi - Annual, and Quarterly billing cycles. Below are some examples of our coverage programs and what they include.
BUSINESS DAY
Full Coverage– Includes the following:
- All equipment, labor, and travel time for repairs due to normal wear and tear, and performed during normal business hours, 7:30am -5:30pm, Monday thru Friday, except holidays.
- Equipment only for emergency repairs due to normal wear and tear, and performed after normal business hours, weekends, or holidays. Emergency service is defined as total telephone and or voice mail system down, telephone line inoperable, and receptionist phone inoperable.
- Labor for all inside wiring repairs.
- Labor for outside cable repairs.
- Labor to upgrade software
o Remote Programming
COMPLETE
24 / 7 Coverage – Includes the following:
